Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Find fully funded PhD positions worldwide in finance and economics subjects
To prepare proposals and motivation letters as per the requirement
Assisting, guiding, and supporting candidates in interview preparation
Documentation
Applying for maximum PhD position on various portals and university pages
Creating a CV and cover letter according to client requirements and academic standards
Making necessary changes in CV and cover letter based on job requirements
Develop ATS-friendly CVs
Identify keywords related to job requirements and include them in client profiles and CVs to increase positive feedback
Conducting digital marketing for client CVs and work profiles on various platforms
Improve LinkedIn profile and expand client network to reach people in their field
Requirements:
Experience in finding Ph.D. positions (knowledge of how to find a Ph.D. position, how to apply, and where to apply to get positive feedback on applications)
Academic knowledge must
Previous experience in a consultative role as a position finder or job searcher on various portals and platforms in different countries
Knowledge of various scholarship programs worldwide
Job market knowledge is a plus point
HR experience is most welcome
Proficiency in using ChatGPT
Strong skills in using MS Word and Excel
Knowledge of ATS tools
Research skills
Familiarity with various AI tools and software used in job market industries
Freelancers are most welcome
Native Gujarati and Hindi speakers are most welcome(not mandatory)
Excellent writing and drafting skills
Email writing skills
Any education degree holder is most welcome
Mandatory to work individually, utilizing your skills and knowledge to achieve positive results
Probation Period: 10 days before permanent work
Language: Fluent in English (writing knowledge must) other languages not required
